Job Description:

Explore a rewarding CNA role in a post-acute, long-term care setting where you'll provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities, mobility, hygiene, and nutrition to residents on an as-needed basis. Ideal candidates have at least one year of CNA experience, a valid CNA license, and current BLS certification to ensure safe, person-centered care. You'll document care using an electronic charting system and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support residents through transitions within a long-term care and skilled nursing unit. This six-month assignment offers flexible scheduling across shifts, does not require a BSN, and provides an engaging opportunity to grow clinical skills while making a meaningful difference in residents' daily lives.
