Starting Pay: $16.00/hour

What You'll Do

As a CNA Trainee, you'll help provide quality care and support to residents by:

• Assisting with meals, snacks, and hydration
• Transporting residents throughout the facility
• Answering call bells and assisting residents as needed
• Helping maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms
• Supporting resident activities and engagement
• Reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Providing compassionate care while learning valuable CNA skills

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, and speak English
• Meet program and employment eligibility requirements
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to quality care

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Requires movement throughout entire unit.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull and move a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must be able to bend, lift, and transport equipment.
• Must be able to lift and turn and residents.
• Requires ability to utilize computerized medical record system for the purposes of medical record documentation.
