Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - General

8-hour days, Monday through Friday (flexible on days, must work 5 days per week).
Long term care experience preferred.
National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification required.
State license required at time of submission.
Provide therapy services in accordance with treatment plans.
Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families on the therapeutic process.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
