About the Role:

We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our fun, supportive team at our Castle Rock clinic. If you love working with kids and want to grow in a warm, collaborative environment, this could be the perfect place for you.

Position Details:

Full-Time: In-Person

Schedule: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM (No weekends)

4 / 10 hour day shifts (Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday)

Compensation:

$35.00- $50.00 per hour

$5,000 Sign On Bonus for Full-time

$2,500 Sign On Bonus for Part-time

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 021) in outpatient and virtual settings
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, family-centered care
• Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation efficiently and on time
