Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: ASAP for 6 months to start and rotation. Provider may rotate amongst the 3 campuses
- Preferred Schedule: 7:00a - 5:30p. 8-to-10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week. Must Be Open to working Fridays.
- Worksite Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient
- Scope of Work: MAC, General Anes
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active PA license, NBCRNA certification
- EMR: EPIC
