Charge RN

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Charge RN for our Burn Unit within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will lead and coordinate nursing care for burn patients, support and mentor bedside nurses, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, evidence-based practice. You will oversee patient flow, staffing, and clinical quality while serving as a resource for complex cases.
