The Restaurant at Edna, opening soon in San Luis Obispo, is a 50-seat fine-dining restaurant focused on celebrating the best products and people of the region. Helmed by Chef Jeremy Fox and Chef Matthew Schaler, we will offer a dynamic nightly menu with thoughtful wines & cocktails, and gracious hospitality with the most breathtaking views in the area. The ideal candidates will be passionate about food and restaurants, possess a strong attention to detail, and thrive on working as part of a team.
