This role provides overall strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for a specialized behavioral healthcare organization dedicated to improving the lives of young people and their families through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Located just south of Pittsburgh, Southwood serves as a critical resource for children, adolescents, and families throughout Western Pennsylvania, offering a continuum of behavioral health services designed to promote healing, resilience, and long-term success.

Leadership Scope & Impact

• Executive oversight of a leading children's behavioral healthcare organization serving children and adolescents across multiple levels of care
• Full accountability for operations, financial performance, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, risk management, and physician relationships
• Leadership of inpatient and residential behavioral health services, as well as associated clinical and support functions
• Strategic responsibility for growth initiatives, service line development, and community outreach
• Direct leadership of a multidisciplinary executive, clinical, and operational leadership team
• Responsibility for creating a culture centered on patient safety, quality outcomes, engagement, and accountability
