Chief Financial Officer

We are working on confidential search with a sponsor-backed developer and IPP that is looking for a senior financial executive to join its team and support the development and operation of their utility-scale asset portfolio operating across various ISOs here in the United States.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 15 - 20+ years of experience in financing major infrastructure assets, preferably in the utility scale renewable space
• Deep expertise in financial modeling including understanding of tax equity and various debt structuring models.
• Financial track record supporting $5B+ in capital raises across various assets.
• Experience raising capital and working directly with investors and lenders.
• Experience taking projects through financial close and from NTP to COD.
• Experience working with large teams spread across geographies.
• Ability / flexibility to travel.
• Authorized to work in the United States
