Terros Health is hiring a Chief of Clinical and Specialty Programs (CCSP) to join our Executive Leadership Team in Phoenix.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute the clinical vision aligned with Terros Health's mission, values, and strategic plan
• Design and lead initiatives that improve access, outcomes, and patient experience
• Serve as the executive clinical voice for system design, clinical operations, and community partnerships
• Ensure structured synergy between sites, programs, and operations
• Drive a culture of integration and innovation
• Provide executive leadership to medical, nursing, behavioral health, and specialty care teams
• Advance whole-person care models, including behavioral healthprimary care integration
• Oversee and support recruitment, retention, and development of clinical leaders, providers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Represent Terros Health in community coalitions, health system partnerships, and payer relationships
