Experience PreferredThe ideal candidate will have experience with:Concrete formwork, rebar placement, and concrete pad installationUnderground conduit installationGrounding system installationExcavation, trenching, and backfillingAssisting with installation of pad-mounted transformers and related equipmentPulling and routing electrical cable through conduitReading construction drawings and following installation specificationsOperating common construction equipment and power toolsWorking safely around energized electrical equipment and active construction sitesQualificationsPrevious experience in industrial, commercial, or utility constructionStrong work ethic and attention to detailAbility to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditionsReliable transportation and dependable attendanceOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plusExperience with medium-voltage electrical installations is a plusWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, follows safety procedures, communicates well with the project team, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to keep the project moving.
