THE POSITION

• Class A tractor-trailer operation, fully DOT compliant
• No-touch dry van freight - approximately 70% drop and hook
• Consistent delivery schedules with strong on-time performance expectations
• Accurate ELD logs, DVIRs and trip documentation maintained daily
• Thorough pre and post-trip vehicle inspections every shift
• Professional communication with dispatch and customers at all times

YOUR FIRST WEEKS ON THE JOB

New drivers are placed with a dedicated one-on-one trainer. You run real miles on real routes together for 3 to 5 weeks. You are evaluated throughout and go solo only when you are ready. Your paycheck runs from day one of training - not after.

Training includes:

• Tractor-trailer handling and road safety
• ELD and hours-of-service compliance
• Pre and post-trip inspection procedures
• Dispatch communication and company policies

PAY AND BENEFITS

• $1,200 to $1,500 per week via direct deposit

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class A CDL license
• 21 years of age or older
• 120 or more hours completed at an accredited CDL school
• Clean driving record
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
