Trillium is looking for a CDL Class A flatbed delivery driver to safely deliver Steel for a temp-to-hire opportunity!

Schedule is M-F, 7am to 4pm, One long run in the week. Pay rate is $30/hour.

Core Responsibilities & Daily Tasks

• Load Securement: Properly secure freight using heavy-duty chains, binders, straps, and corner protectors to prevent shifting or falling during transit.
• Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Inspections of the tractor, trailer, and securement devices to ensure absolute DOT compliance before every route.
• Freight Delivery: Navigate routes in diverse weather conditions and traffic, safely maneuvering through construction sites and customer warehouses.
• Loading and Unloading: Assist with or manage the physical unloading process at delivery sites. Light Touch.
• Documentation & Compliance: Accurately log driving hours, fuel usage, and mileage using FMCSA Electronic Logging Devices (ELD).
• Customer Service: Interact professionally with dispatchers, warehouse managers, and site supervisors while submitting correct delivery paperwork.

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL Class A Driver's license.
• At least 1+ years of recent and verifiable CDL Class A driving experience.
• Clean MVR.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
