ProDrivers is urgently hiring a Class B Local Truck Driver for a great opportunity in St. Charles!   • Position: Class B Local Truck Driver

  • Type: Long-term

  • $24.42/hour + OT after 40 hours

  • Schedule: Monday Friday

  • Shift Start: Truck Driver will start between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM

  • Average Hours: 4548 hours per week

  • Truck Driver weekly average pay is $1100+ per week

  • Route Type: Local / Home Daily Routes


Equipment & Freight:


  • Truck Driver will operate 26-ft box trucks with lift gates (automatic transmission)

  • Refrigerated trailers and cargo vans


Job Duties:


  • Heavy-touch delivery using dollies

  • Truck Driver will make an average of 1020 stops per day

  • Delivering fresh produce to restaurants, hospitals, schools, government facilities, and hospitality venues

  • Truck Driver must provide excellent customer service

  • This Class B Local Truck Driver role is ideal for someone who is physically active and enjoys a fast-paced work environment.

  • The successful Class B Local Truck Driver will maintain safe driving practices and represent the company professionally.


Requirements:


  • Valid Class B CDL

  • Truck Driver must have at least 12 months of recent commercial driving experience preferred

  • Ability to perform heavy-touch freight deliveries

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
