We're looking for a relationship-focused, detail-oriented professional to join our growing team as a Client Services & Insurance Specialist. You'll work closely with members, insurance carriers, and internal credit union partners to create a seamless and personalized experience throughout the insurance lifecycle. What You'll DoAs a Client Services & Insurance Specialist, you'll serve as a trusted resource for members while supporting agency operations, insurance sales activities, and business development efforts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional service and support to members through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assisting with insurance quotes, applications, policy servicing, renewals, and follow-up activities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with members to support retention and long-term satisfaction
- Identifying opportunities to connect members with additional insurance products and services that meet their needs
- Managing referrals from credit union team members and business partners
- Maintaining accurate records and workflow activity within CRM and agency management systems
- Coordinating with insurance carriers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve issues and facilitate member needs
- Supporting member education, branch visits, workshops, and promotional events that contribute to agency growth
- Leveraging technology and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and member experience
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, insurance, financial services, banking, or administrative support
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service and accuracy
- Comfort using CRM systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and other technology tools
- Insurance agency, credit union, or financial institution experience preferred
- Active insurance license a plus, or willingness to obtain one
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly desirable

Compensation details: 23-29 Hourly Wage
