Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Client Success Trainee to join our remote team. In this entry-level position, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship to help clients secure the right coverage and maintain long-term satisfaction. This role is perfect for individuals new to insurance or sales who are passionate about helping others and eager to grow their career. As a 100% commission-based position, your earning potential is entirely based on your effort and results.

Responsibilities

• Learn and master the fundamentals of client service, product knowledge, and consultative sales
• Contact potential clients and assist them in identifying their insurance needs
• Support clients through the application process and policy activation
• Follow up with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and coverage alignment
• Build strong, trust-based relationships that lead to long-term retention
• Maintain detailed records of client communications in CRM systems
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance skills and performance
