• Current L&D Coverage Model: Call-based coverage

• Clinic/Outpatient Responsibilities: Yes
• 10-12 open shifts per month
• Schedule:
  • Clinic coverage is typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Provider will be on call at a hotel near the hospital for the remaining 24 hours
  •  Can accommodate 12hr shifts if needed
