Gulfstream Staffing is partnered with a nationally recognized nonprofit mental health organization that has locations in five states. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Clinical Director opportunity at an established residential facility near Baltimore, MD. The Clinical Director's primary focus is to lead trauma-informed clinical services within our residential treatment program serving youth and adolescents with complex behavioral health needs.

Clinical Director Responsibilities:

• Ensures supervisors and direct staff are properly skilled, trained, and receiving ongoing coaching
• Ensure that the treatment provided remains consistent with current research and technology in the field
• Directs the development and ongoing enhancement of individual treatment plans consistent with treatment philosophies & models
• Participates in the budget development process and retains responsibility for the budget in the clinical area

Clinical Director Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in a related discipline required
• Maryland: Professional licensure as LCPC, LCSW, or LCSW-C.
• Experience in adolescent, adult, and family-based behavioral counseling and/or residential experience preferred.
• 3+ years clinical management experience preferred
