The ideal candidate will have a strong background in molecular diagnostic procedures and a proven track record in laboratory supervision. This role is critical to ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our laboratory operations. Job Responsibilities As a Clinical Laboratory Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Your duties will include: * Supervising and coordinating the activities of laboratory personnel to ensure accurate and timely testing of patient samples. * Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, including CLIA, CAP, and other relevant guidelines. * Implementing and monitoring quality control programs to maintain the integrity and accuracy of test results. * Training, mentoring, and evaluating laboratory staff to foster professional development and maintain a high level of performance. * Collaborating with other departments to optimize laboratory workflows and improve operational efficiencies. * Developing and revising laboratory protocols and procedures to ensure best practices are followed. * Participating in the hiring process for new laboratory personnel and conducting performance evaluations. * Managing laboratory inventory and ensuring proper maintenance and calibration of equipment.
