On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Physician Clinical Medical Director to join their Stockton, CA team. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys direct patient care while also providing clinical leadership, mentoring providers, and helping drive quality and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 100% center-based direct patient care
• Serve as the Clinical Medical Director for the assigned center
• Lead by example and promote clinical excellence and an exceptional patient experience
• Mentor and develop clinicians and future clinical leaders
• Partner with medical and operational leadership to improve quality, safety, workflows, patient satisfaction, and center performance
• Support staffing, clinician meetings, and operational initiatives
• Develop relationships with employers, payers, referral sources, networks, and community partners to support market growth
• Understand and contribute to center financial and strategic goals

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Current, unrestricted California medical license
• Board certified or board eligible in an appropriate specialty
• Clinical leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills
• Commitment to quality patient care, safety, and continuous improvement
