Clinical Site Director – Primary Care Physician

Middlesex Health Primary Care is seeking an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our welcoming, established primary care practice in Chester, Connecticut.

Position Highlights

• Department: Middlesex Health Primary Care (MHPC) Office in Chester, Connecticut

• Hours: 40 hours paid per week - with 36 patient contact hours, weekdays only (extremely flexible schedule)

• Role: 100% office-based ambulatory primary care - all ages

• Call Schedule: Established call group of physicians and APP's - Averages 3 weeks per year

• Academic Opportunities: Ample academic opportunities to precept medical students and residents

• EPIC with Dragon, Ambient AI note writer, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal

• A collegial environment with access to expert medical specialists, excellent support staff, including Nursing, Medical Assistants, and Patient Care Specialists

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. degree

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family / Internal Medicine.

• A minimum of two years of experience in primary care.
