Volunteer Application

This is our universal application form for all club, activity, or coaching volunteers. If you are interested in helping a club, activity, or sport, please contact the building principal. The principal will assist in contacting the athletic director or person in charge of the activity to arrange further details. All volunteers have to submit a background check and CPS form and be approved by the school board.
