Comfort Keepers is hiring compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care and personal support to seniors and adults in the Fort Worth area.
We are currently seeking caregivers who are available to work 12-hour daytime shifts. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients while helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available based on client needs and caregiver availability.
Compensation and support includes:
- $15.00$17.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
- Weekend pay differential for eligible shifts
- Paid training and orientation
- Bi-weekly pay through direct deposit
- Employee referral program
- Support from the office and scheduling team
- Opportunities for additional assignments as available
As a member of our caregiving team, you may assist clients with a variety of daily needs, including:
- Personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation assistance
- Meal preparation and feeding assistance, when needed
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Changing bed linens and maintaining a clean living environment
- Companionship and social engagement
- Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
- Communicating important information with the office and care team
- Following each client's individualized care plan
Available scheduling opportunities include:
- 12-hour daytime shifts
- Full-time and part-time opportunities
- Assignments based on client needs and caregiver availability
- Potential opportunities to pick up additional hours as they become available
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants should have:
- A current Texas CNA certification
- At least one year of professional caregiving or CNA experience preferred
- Experience assisting seniors or individuals with ongoing care needs is a plus
- A valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
- Availability to travel to client homes within Fort Worth and surrounding Tarrant County communities
- The ability to safely assist clients with personal care and mobility needs
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
- A dependable, compassionate, and client-focused approach to care
- Willingness to complete required training and onboarding requirements
