SNF CNA with minimum 2 years of experience. BLS and current NYS license required. Every Saturday & Sunday. Local travelers within 50 miles are accepted with a decreased bill rate. The facility will not consider previous staff members as travelers. At least two years recent experience in field, current BLS certification, and a current nursing license per the state of assignment.
