Competitive Pay + Paid Lunch

We pay for your lunch break meaning you are paid for a full 8-hour shift.

Effective Hourly Rates:

$24.53/hour (Weekdays)

$26.99/hour (Weekends)

Paid weekly

Paid lunch breaks

Weekend opportunities available on all shifts

Bonus Opportunities

$500 bonus after picking up 20 shifts in 3 months

Bonus eligibility and payout details will be discussed during the interview.

Requirements

Dependable, compassionate, and committed to working with the elderly population

Must be at least 18 years of age

Current CT CNA Certification required

Nursing home experience preferred (1+ year)

Fully vaccinated or have first dose completed with second dose scheduled prior to start

Responsibilities

Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and personal care

Support safe ambulation and transfers

Assist with meal service and feeding as needed

Promote residents' emotional well-being through positive relationship building
