CNA/PCT Opportunity In Spring Grove, MN

Contract Length: 20 weeks

Start Date: ASAP

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 32

Shift Requirements: 8/12hr AM Shifts

Primary Location: Gundersen Tweeten Care Center - Spring Grove, MN

Float Requirements: Will be required to float to Gundersen Harmony (25mi apart) as needed

On Call/Call Back Requirements: None

Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend, every other holiday

Required Certifications: MN CNA License, AHA BLS

Minimum Experience: 2yrs CNA experience, 1yr in LTC

Charting Experience: Matrix preferred

COVID Vaccine required (exemptions will be considered)

Unit Information: 43 bed long term care facility and clinic. Night: 1 nurse, 2 CNAs. Days/Evenings: 1 Charge Nurse does treatments, prns, and narcs and 1 nurse or TMA on the other cart that passes all medications
