CNA / Spa Aide

We're looking for a dedicated CNA / Spa Aide to join our team. In this role, you'll provide quality resident care while helping create a comfortable, welcoming environment. You'll build meaningful relationships with residents and support their dignity, well-being, and quality of life through both personal care and spa services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, and personal care services
• Observe and report changes in resident condition
• Support resident safety, comfort, and well-being
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming spa and care environment

Qualifications

• Current Nebraska CNA certification
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Dependable, professional, and committed to quality care
• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and coworkers

Position Details

• Full-time hourly position
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• No regularly scheduled weekends
• Participation in an every-other-holiday rotation
