CNC Machinist - Join a Team That Takes Pride in Precision
At Kosmo Machine, precision isn't just what we do - it's who we are. As a premier, climate-controlled contract manufacturer specializing in CNC milling, turning, EDM machining, and custom welding, we're looking for skilled CNC Machinists who take pride in their craft and want to be part of something bigger than just a job.
Compensation
- Ranges from $21 per hour (intermediate machinist) to $38 per hour (expert machinist) hourly pay; non-exempt FLSA class, or $43,680 to $79,040 annually.

Your Mission
- 2D Drawings to 3D parts: Bring customer blueprints to life
- Program at the machine: Set-up and operate Mazak CNC mills and lathes. Mazatrol experience a plus
- Precision: Use your GD&T knowledge to make great and accurate parts
- Quality Matters: Inspect your work and send it to our Quality department for further review
What You Bring to the Table
- Machining Experience: Show us what you can do on a machine
- One Stop Shop: You get to set up the machine, run the part, and control the program
- Conversational Programming: No manual programming needed. Mazatrol will streamline this process for you
- Eligibility: U.S. Citizenship, a valid VA Driver's License (good driving record), and the ability to pass a background check/drug screen (including marijuana) are required.
