CNC Machinist

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to handle setup and operation of CNC machines. Youll be responsible for setting up machines, loading tools and materials, running production parts, and ensuring quality standards are met.Key Responsibilities:Set up CNC machines (mills/lathes/etc.) using existing programs and setup sheetsLoad and secure raw materials and toolsAlign and secure fixtures, tools, and workpiecesStart and monitor machine operation to ensure proper functionMeasure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring toolsAdjust machine settings as needed to maintain part qualityPerform basic maintenance and cleaning of machinesFollow all safety procedures and company policiesKeep work area clean and organizedRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent5+ years experience setting up CNC machinesAbility to read blueprints, setup sheets, and work instructionsFamiliarity with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)Basic math skillsAttention to detail and safetyAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periodsPreferred Qualifications (Optional):Experience with specific machine brands Haas, Mori and manual.Knowledge of G-codeForklift certification (if applicable)Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insuranceSchedule:4x105x8Day shift
