Hourly Wage: $27+ based on experience

Job SummaryCNC Set-Up Operator II

  • Implement the Production Fulfillment Process for the fabrication of parts according to work order and customer requirements.
  • Ensures machinery is set up, works properly, and conforms with company standards.
  • Set up, adjust, and identify programming, and operate numerically controlled machine tools.
  • Operators may run more than one machine simultaneously.


Key ResponsibilitiesCNC Set-Up Operator II

  • Operates multiple types of fabrication equipment and tools using CNC machining centers to manufacture a variety of custom parts.
  • Adjusts G & M codes at HAAS machines via MasterCam.
  • Follows written instructions and interpret basic to intermediate blueprint specifications.
  • Checks parts for conformance to customer specifications.
  • Maintains count and performs packaging duties as required.
  • Participates in cross training activities to become knowledgeable of equipment/process within the department.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience, or equivalent
  • A High School Diploma or GED with prior hands on, vocational or job-related course work/training, or any similar combination of education and experience is required. Prior experience in a manufacturing industry is preferred


Work EnvironmentCNC Set-Up Operator II

  • This role is performed in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, fumes, and chemicals.
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
  • The position may involve repetitive tasks and manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time.
