Missions

Within a sales team and reporting to your regional sales manager, you develop and ensure strong and sustainable growth in your geographical area by establishing a real partnership with your clients from the construction sector, all trades combined. A wide range of potential targets!

In this role, you:

• Ensure the prospecting, retention, and management of your client portfolio composed of construction artisans, SMEs/PMIs, and general contracting companies (civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, etc.).
• Develop your client base and your turnover by providing solutions adapted to the needs of your clients on a wide range of consumables and construction tools (hardware, power tools, fixing/support, PPE).
• Provide a high level of service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Profile

With a commercial background, you have successful experience in direct sales in B2B with construction professionals. We are also open to junior profiles or those in career transition: your personality and motivation will make the difference!

You are dynamic, have good interpersonal skills, and a strong service orientation. For you, active listening is paramount. Self-motivated, you will demonstrate rigor and organization to succeed in your mission. Finally, you describe yourself as someone who is persistent and has a passion for acquiring and retaining new clients.
