Commercial Cleaning Sales Representative (1099 Independent Contractor)

Fresh & Clean Services is looking for a motivated and self-driven Commercial Cleaning Sales Representative to help grow our commercial janitorial business throughout Northwest Indiana. This is a commission-only opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and closing new business.

Responsibilities

• Prospect businesses through cold calls, email, networking, LinkedIn, and in-person visits.
• Build relationships with business owners, property managers, facility managers, and office managers.
• Schedule appointments and facility walkthroughs.
• Present customized commercial cleaning solutions.
• Close new recurring commercial cleaning contracts.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide regular updates.

Qualifications

• Previous B2B sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience selling commercial services is a plus.

Compensation

• 1099 Independent Contractor.
• 10% commission on every new commercial cleaning contract you close.
