A nationally recognized developer-builder is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to oversee complex, ground-up construction projects. Projects typically range from $50M$100M+, spanning commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. This is a confidential opportunity with immediate hiring potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners
• Monitor field operations to ensure quality, safety, and productivity
• Identify and resolve issues quickly to maintain project momentum
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Support team members and contribute to a high-performance project culture

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Proven track record with ground-up commercial, industrial, or wastewater projects
• Solid understanding of construction methods, project sequencing, and field coordination
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
• Proficient with construction management tools and software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (but not required)
