Commercial Flooring Sales / Project Manager

We are a family-owned and operated flooring company looking to add a Commercial Flooring Sales / Project Manager to our team. We're looking for someone who can build relationships, develop business, and manage commercial flooring projects from the initial sale through installation and completion.

A quick summary of the job:

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Prepare estimates, bids, and project proposals
• Review plans, specifications, and project requirements
• Manage flooring projects from sale through completion
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, installers, and vendors
• Manage schedules, materials, and project details
• Conduct site visits and resolve project issues
• Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business

We want you to join our team if you have:

• 2+ years of commercial flooring sales and/or project management experience
• Currently working with a commercial flooring contractor or similar commercial construction company
• Experience working with GCs, contractors, architects, or commercial clients
• Strong understanding of commercial flooring products and installation
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Proven sales and relationship-building skills
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Self-motivated and comfortable developing business
