A leading AM200 law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its sophisticated and growing litigation practice in Miami.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience handling complex commercial litigation matters and an interest in taking on challenging, substantive work within an established national practice. Candidates should have strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality client service.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of sophisticated commercial litigation experience
• Admission to the Florida Bar required
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage complex matters and work collaboratively with attorneys and clients

Additional Details:

• Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days remote
• No traditional billable hour requirement
• Attorneys are expected to account for 7 hours per day across billable and non-billable work
