The Role:

• Advising on complex commercial litigation matters across a variety of sectors
• Managing key stages of litigation including case assessment, pleadings and strategy development
• Leading and supporting on discovery processes and motion practice
• Conducting depositions and assisting with trial preparation
• Gaining exposure to oral advocacy and court appearances
• Working closely with senior attorneys on high-value and business-critical disputes
• Collaborating with colleagues across the firm on multi-jurisdictional matters
• Supporting client relationships and contributing to ongoing case strategy

The Candidate:

• New York admitted Commercial Litigation Attorney with 3+ years’ experience
• Strong experience across the full lifecycle of commercial litigation
• Exposure to complex disputes and sophisticated legal matters
• Commercially astute with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build client relationships
• J.D. from an accredited law school and admitted to practice in New York
• Highly organised with strong time-management capabilities
• Able to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
