Responsibilities:

Represent commercial real estate clients in a broad range of transactions, including:

• Acquisitions and dispositions
• Commercial leasing
• Development matters
• Real estate financing transactions (lender and borrower side)
• Manage multiple sophisticated transactions simultaneously with appropriate autonomy
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
• Interact directly with CEOs, business owners, and senior decision-makers
• Collaborate closely with partners and other practice groups
• Contribute to business development initiatives and practice group growth
• Serve as an active and engaged member of the Firm’s Real Estate Group

Candidate Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial real estate experience
• Experience with real estate financing transactions is a significant plus
• Strong drafting, analytical, and legal writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid academic credentials
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters concurrently
• Interest in business development and long-term practice growth
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and team-oriented mindset

Certifications:

• Candidates must be admitted in the state they reside.
