Commercial Real Estate Paralegal- Retail

This position is fully onsite Monday- Friday in Downtown Miami and requires 10 years minimum of commercial real estate paralegal experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise retail commercial leases, amendments, assignments, renewals, terminations, and related agreements.
• Assist attorneys with acquisitions, dispositions, due diligence, development, and financing transactions.
• Conduct and coordinate title, survey, zoning, entity, and other real estate due diligence.
• Review title commitments, surveys, leases, easements, restrictions, and other property documents.
• Coordinate execution and delivery of documents with clients, landlords, tenants, brokers, and other parties.

Skills

• 10-15 years of Commercial Real estate paralegal experience is required.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
