What You'll Do

• Visionary Leadership: Set strategic direction for LIFE @ Avant and Supported Employment services, aligned with Avant's mission.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Professional Hosts and Mentors.
• Talent Cultivation: Recruit, onboard, and grow passionate staff committed to person-centered care.
• Program Excellence: Oversee engaging, individual-choice-driven programming and Supported Employment strategy.
• Community Builder: Build relationships with families, guardians, community partners, and employers.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure services meet and exceed best-practice standards.
