Are you passionate about making a difference in the community? We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage our Community Response Branch at the Overdose Response Center (ORC) in New Castle, DE. Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise ORC Community Response Branch staff, including PORTs and the CRT Coordinator.
  • Provide peer and case manager clinical supervision for assigned staff.
  • Assist in establishing ORC processes and procedures with the ORC Director.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local partners and neighborhood resources.
  • Implement deployment orders and plans for PORT and other deployable assets.
  • Assist in data analysis and decision-making for branch activities.
  • Investigate planning/deployment concerns and recommend solutions.
  • Engage local partners before, during, and after deployments, and debrief with partners.
  • Flex schedules to staff the center for regular 7-day week operations, including weekend and evening shifts.

Requirements

  • Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) or achievable within 6 months.
  • Willingness to work on-site at Springer 203 Mitchell Lane, New Castle, DE.
  • Ability to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, and Sunday on the 1st shift.

Preferences

  • Experience in community outreach or crisis management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
