Become a vital part of a hospital radiology team in Winchester, VA as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials when indicated, and operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic-quality images. Professional collaboration with radiologists, nurses, and ancillary staff is required to ensure safe, timely imaging and positive patient experiences.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of CT technologist experience.
  • Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program (JRCERT or equivalent).
  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
  • Current BLS certification (AHA only).
  • Valid Virginia state license to practice as a radiologic/CT technologist.
  • Experience working with hospital CT services and EMR systems such as EPIC.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience at a large acute care hospital or level I/II trauma center.
  • Familiarity with advanced CT protocols and contrast administration for a range of patient populations.


Assignment Details

  • Shift hours: 1800 - 0630.
  • Work pattern: Three 12-hour shifts per week (Thursday, Friday and Saturday).
  • Weekend requirement: Every Saturday.
  • Weekly guaranteed hours: 36.
  • Required certifications: BLS (AHA only), ARRT, and Virginia license.
