Due to this growth, they are now looking for a strong Controller to have oversight of the entire accounting function, while managing a team of accountants.

Job details
A successful Controller should have:
- A degree in accounting, finance or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in construction accounting, ideally with a general contractor
- Proven experience as a Controller
- QuickBooks experience a must
- Procore experience nice to have
- Management experience nice to have
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities and a team-oriented mindset
