The Construction Manager is responsible for leading field execution across assigned projects from preconstruction and mobilization through commissioning and project closeout. This role is accountable for constructability, manpower planning, labor productivity, prefab execution, field coordination, schedule adherence, safety, quality, and overall operational performance.

The Construction Manager serves as a key connection between project leadership and field operations, ensuring projects are properly planned, staffed, coordinated, and executed. This position works closely with Project Executives, Project Managers, Field Operations Managers, Superintendents, Project Controls, BIM/VDC, Prefab, Procurement, Safety, and Operational Assurance.

A primary focus of this role is driving field productivity and operational consistency. The Construction Manager will proactively identify project risks, remove field constraints, maximize prefab utilization, monitor manpower and production, and implement recovery plans when projects are not performing to expectations.
