Job Description

Lead multiple commercial interiors projects from planning through completion. Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and consultants. Oversee Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field teams. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have: 8+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor. Strong commercial interiors construction experience in NYC. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and project teams simultaneously. Excellent knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration. Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software. Organized, driven, and solutions-focused.
