Construction Superintendent Opportunity

Essel is looking for a construction Superintendent with experience managing mid to large scale projects to join our team! Salary Range: $150,000 - $170,000 a year. The Superintendent will lead in the following industries: Colleges, Universities, K-12 Districts. Duties will include but not limited to: Coaching subcontractors on safe construction practices, Quality control, ensuring all subcontractor deficiencies are corrected, Maintaining the project schedule and establishing the critical path for subs and vendors, Facilitating and encouraging subcontractor coordination, Working with design team and owner to overcome challenges / unforeseen conditions, Reviewing all drawings, specifications and submittals, Daily progress reports and weekly schedule updates.
