Job Description

Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics to maintain schedules and budgets. Enforce quality control and jobsite safety standards. Conduct project scheduling, planning, and progress tracking. Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with project managers, owners, and trade partners. Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and punch list completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within client expectations. Travel throughout the Southeast to oversee active projects.

The Successful Applicant

Experience as a Superintendent on retail, restaurant, automotive, convenience store, QSR, or other light commercial construction projects. Ground-up and renovation experience preferred. Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project schedules in occupied or active environments. Comfortable traveling extensively throughout the Southeast. Strong communication and leadership skills. Experience with construction software and Microsoft Office preferred. Candidates based in Georgia are strongly preferred.
