Controls Engineer

Marvin is seeking a Controls Engineer to design, program, and support PLC- and HMI-based automation for our premium window, door, and skylight manufacturing operations. In this role, you will develop and optimize control systems, integrate sensors and motion control, and troubleshoot complex equipment issues to improve safety, quality, and throughput. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, maintenance, and production teams, support commissioning of new equipment, maintain documentation and standards, and drive continuous improvement in a people-first, safety-focused environment.
