The Coordinator of Double Wolf Pathways owns the University of West Georgia's Double Wolf program and runs its two pathways, Start Early and Direct Admit, as a single recruitment operation. Double Wolf lets qualified UWG undergraduates move into a UWG master's program without an application, either by sharing up to twelve graduate credit hours toward both degrees or by being admitted directly during the senior year. This is a new position created to give the program a single owner. The pathways currently operate across staff who also carry graduate admissions and graduate student support responsibilities, so the work happens in the margins. The coordinator is responsible for the entire student experience from identification through enrollment in the master's program, and for the results the program produces. The target for FY27 is 300 Double Wolf students across both pathways, drawn from a currently eligible undergraduate population of approximately 1,400. The person in this role is expected to set the recruitment plan, build the partnerships across colleges and advising that make it work, and report progress against the target.

Responsibilities include program ownership and strategy, student recruitment and outreach, partnerships and collaboration, and data, tracking, and reporting.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree, three years of professional experience in academic advising, admissions, enrollment management, student success, or a closely related higher education field, and demonstrated experience working directly with students in an advising, recruitment, or coaching capacity.

The proposed salary is $65,000 annually, paid on a monthly basis.
