What You Can Expect

  • Identify and prospect new corporate sales opportunities through multiple channels to increase brand visibility and business growth.
  • Respond promptly to new client inquiries while meeting established service level expectations.
  • Build relationships with prospective and existing clients by demonstrating the value of Laderach Fresh Chocolate solutions.
  • Prepare quotes and proposals under the guidance of the Senior Manager of Sales.
  • Maintain accurate and complete opportunity records within the CRM system.
  • Communicate clearly with clients regarding timelines, customization requirements, and order status.
  • Partner with Logistics and fulfillment teams to support forecasting and delivery readiness.
  • Provide structured updates on pipeline activity, client progress, and active opportunities.
  • Represent the Laderach brand with professionalism, care, and consistency in every interaction.

What We Expect From You

  • Experience in sales, business development, customer service, account management, or a related client-facing role.
  • Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools to document opportunities and track activity.
  • Analytical and able to identify trends and opportunities from business data.
  • Collaborative and work effectively across departments.
  • Highly organized and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Passionate about representing a premium brand and delivering service excellence.
