Candidate will be responsible for the conduct of all Drop/Count Team members on their shift and the tasks assigned to the Drop/Count Team. The Count Room Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Drop/Count Team members adhere to the company policies and procedures as well as following the PGCB regulations and standard operating procedures.

Essential duties and responsibilities include filling in for the Count Room Manager when not on duty, resolving scheduling conflicts, ensuring completion of replenishment, service, and verification of all gaming voucher redemption machines, and ensuring accurate drops and counts of lottery machines, slot machines, table games, and self-service sports wagering kiosks. The candidate will also work with the Count Room Manager on scheduling, help improve efficiency and accuracy of the department, and assist with training new Drop/Count Team employees.

Supervisory responsibilities include taking charge of the Drop/Count Team, evaluating performance, resolving problems or grievances, and helping with team interviews.

Required skills and abilities include language ability, math ability, reasoning ability, and computer skills. The candidate must possess intermediate PC skills and Microsoft Office experience. They must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. A high school diploma or equivalent, one year of money handling experience, and prior Drop/Count Team and Count Room experience are required.

Physical requirements include standing, bending, stooping, climbing, and kneeling for extended periods, excellent dexterity of hands and fingers, lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs, and strong vision skills.
